Lavinia Brown is a Psychodynamic Coach for mamas and a Corporate Gender Equality Consultant who works with individuals, recruiters, institutions, women’s networks and organisations to promote gender equality, strengthen the female talent pipeline and ensure the confidence and productivity of the ambitious, multi-tasking women who parent.

She does this through implementing effective on-boarding and training programmes to ensure that professional parents reach their greatest potential and through coaching mothers on a private, one-to-one basis.

Lavinia has an MA from Oxford University (Philosophy & French Literature), qualified with BYCA (course certified and approved by the International Coaching Federation - Coaching Coach Education category), is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (Arizona Trauma Institute), has a Level 6 qualification in Managing Organisational Culture & Leading Equality and Diversity (Chartered Management Institute) and is an associate member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) - to whose Code of Ethics she subscribes.
